Cancellation

We believe great partnerships start with trust and alignment. If, during the early stages, either of us feels it’s not the right fit, no problem, you’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll part on good terms.

Our focus is on long-term relationships, not quick wins. Once your project has physically begun, and after the first three months, you’re free to end your agreement at any time with written notice. We simply ask for a short notice period so we can finish any ongoing work properly, and that all fees up to your cancellation date are settled before the agreement concludes.
