Depending on the business and the nature of the implementation, this may include management accounts, relevant financial records and supporting information.
Everything required would be agreed clearly before we begin.
The arrangement also relies on accurate and transparent reporting. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that information relevant to calculating the agreed performance fee is being withheld or materially misrepresented, we reserve the right to end the performance-based arrangement.
