You pay an agreed monthly retainer to secure our ongoing availability, support and implementation capability for your business.
The retainer is based on the anticipated level of workload and usage agreed at the outset, allowing us to reserve the appropriate capacity for your business
In return, each agreed task carried out by our agentic AI systems is charged at just 30% of the original cost of completing that task through your existing process
For example, if an agreed task currently costs your business £100 to complete, under the retainer model the charge for having our implemented system perform that task would be £30 each time it is used
We understand that workloads change. A successful implementation may itself lead to increased activity, greater capacity and business growth.
Normal fluctuations in usage are expected and will not result in your retainer continually changing.
However, if your workload increases substantially or consistently beyond the level originally anticipated, we will review the retainer with you to ensure it fairly reflects the increased capacity and support required.
Any adjustment would be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
