Not every AI implementation needs to be based on a monthly fee. For suitable processes, we can simply charge each time our system completes an agreed task for your business
We start by establishing what the task currently costs your business to complete using a straightforward job-card costing method.
For example, if a task currently requires eight hours of an employee's time, we calculate the genuine cost to the business of those eight hours, taking into account the appropriate salary or employment cost and the level of skill and expertise required to perform the work.
This gives us an agreed baseline cost for completing that task using your existing process.
Once we have implemented an agentic AI system capable of carrying out the task, we charge 60% of that original cost as our fee, you save 40% of original running cost
There is no recurring charge simply for having the implemented task available.
Our fee is triggered only when you use it
Each time you ask the system to perform the agreed task, we charge the predetermined amount based on the percentage agreed at the outset.
This means the economics are clear before the system is used: you know what the task previously cost your business and what it will cost to have the implemented system perform it.
The difference represents a direct saving to your business, while your employees remain available for work that genuinely requires their experience, judgement, and expertise.
The principle is simple:
We establish what the task costs you today.
We implement the system to perform it.
Charged only when you use that task.
You pay an agreed proportion of its original cost.
You retain the saving.
